Angela VivienneJONESPassed away peacefully at Bradshaw Manor, aged 72. Beloved wife of Gareth, loving Mum to Paul and David and cherished Nanna to Harrison, Isaac and Emmi-Lee. Angela will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired will go to Alzheimer's Society in Angela's memory.
Funeral service will be held at Colwyn Bay Crematorium on Wednesday 22nd April at 11am.
